Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Med/Surg skills checklist must be completed in last 12 months
- Must be proficient in caring for medical, oncology, telemetry M/S pts.
- Must be able to read tele strips.
Required Credentials:
- Nursys
- No hits on state license to practice
Special Request: No travel pairs or trios.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week
- Weekend Requirements and On Call Requirements: To be determined by the facility.
- Every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation.
Floating Requirements:
- Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any
- Based at NCMC (EXPECTED to float to support Loveland or Ft. Collins, if needed).
