Unit Details:
The unit cares for trauma, orthopedic, and medical-surgical patients.
Equipment includes IV pumps, wound vacs, SCD pumps, Kangaroo pumps, chest tubes, telemetry, PCA pumps, BiPAPs, and epidurals.
Procedures include wound vac changes, wound care, IV insertions, and insertion of indwelling Foley catheters.

Shift & Scheduling:
Flexible contract hours: 48 per week approved for this position.
Works every other weekend.
On-call coverage is required when census is low.

Floating Requirements:
Floating areas include 6A, 3A, 3South, and 4South.
