Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry. Interpretation of dysrhythmias. Management of dysrhythmias.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Bariatric experience preferred.

Unit Details: Med-Surg/Telemetry unit with a high-churn surgical population. Common diagnoses/treatments include medical management of diabetes mellitus and pneumonia, trauma, general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, and urology. Uses specialty bariatric beds, wound vacs, Prevena vacs, Baxter IV pumps, and Omnicell. Ultrasound IV team available 7am-10pm; IV assistance usually available as needed.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Call requirements: None.

Floating Requirements: Float required to all inpatient units.
