Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU background with strong assessment skills in Neuro

Familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring

Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience as Neuro Interventionalist

Required Credentials: Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend

Every Other Holiday

Can be low censused in hour increments as needed. Unit will typically low census in 4 hr increments and could ask for a traveler to work only 4 or 8 hrs of the shift. This is not considered to be on call.

Floating Requirements: Will float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units- possible float to other critical care units and other inpatient units as needed
