Required skills/experience: Hem/onc exp required for clinic position.

Required credentials: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Must have experience w hematology care and coordinating care. Does not need experience with coordinator role if 4-5 years of experience in HemOnc. Heavy triage experience required. Will be getting authorization for PET scans, responding to patients questions, med renewals, FMLA paperwork (admin side).

Shift & schedule requirements: Mon-Fri, no weekends or holidays.
