Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Experience at a large academic setting (teaching hospital) required.

Special Requests: For units that auto offer: A maximum of 5 days RTO and no holidays will be approved automatically. RTO over 5 days and holiday requests will have to be reviewed by the facility, which will delay the process. Offers are valid for 48 business hours. If the offer is not confirmed within 48 hours, it will be rescinded and the opportunity will be offered to the next qualified clinician.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Women's and Children's Float Pool - PEDI Float Pool - General Peds, Peds SD, Peds ICU, and Neonatal ICU; will support babies on PP units. Will float to units/areas within acuity and appropriate for skillset.
