You must have completed at least 1 travel assignment with Trusted in order to apply for this role

Required Skills/Experience:

• De-escalation

• Comfortable with physical holds is a must, verbal deescalation the gold standard, seclusion and or mechanical restraints if indicated for safety

• IM injections

• Recognizing increased agitation proactively

• Manage multiple escalated patients at the same time

• Manage multiple events of s/r at the same time

Required Credentials:

• ASN / BSN

• CPI obtained on site (physical program- must be able to take a patient safely from standing to seated to supine positions)

Unit/Facility Details: Free Parking

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: Every third weekend

• No on call

• Holiday Expectations: Based on scheduled days from facility

Floating Requirements: Could float to children to adults, anywhere through facility.
