Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement. Experience in a large academic setting (teaching hospital) required.

Special Requests: For units that auto-offer, a maximum of 5 days RTO and no holidays will be approved automatically. RTO over 5 days and holiday requests will be reviewed by the facility, which will delay the process. Offers must be accepted or declined within 48 business hours or the offer will be rescinded.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Women and Children's OB float pool assignment for postpartum and nursery. Must float to areas within acuity and to units appropriate for skill set.
