Required Skills/Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of travel experience.
Candidates must also meet one of the following experience pathways.
At least 2 years of direct experience working in mental health settings, such as state hospitals or facilities specifically dedicated to mental health care.
If the candidate's background is solely in geriatric care within nursing homes or long-term care facilities, or hospice, they are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.
For candidates coming from a medical urgent care or emergency room background, at least 4 years of relevant experience is expected.
Knowledge of current psychopharmacology is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience working with psychiatric inpatient treatment programs is preferred.

Required Credentials:
Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university degree in nursing.

Unit Details:
Provides assistance and support to adult clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment.
Performs nursing assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation for adult clients.
Assigns work and provides direction and training to subordinate nursing personnel.
