In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts permitted. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required with a minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 Exam required with a minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required with a minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: Acute rehab/post-acute unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
