Required Skills/Experience:

• Med/surg training.
• Safe patient transfer training.

Unit Details:

• ADLs, 1:1 patient mealtime, mobility transfers of patients. Foley care, NG management, PICC and midline care.
• Transfer equipment readily available as needed, including Sara Steady and Hoyer lift; telemetry capability, IV equipment, and Kangaroo pumps for tube feedings.
• Patients are required to participate in therapy 3 hours each day with PT, OT, and/or ST.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mixed day/night 5-5 shifts; prioritizing day shift need, but also need night shift help.

Floating Requirements:

• Contract labor is first to float.
