Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Required Credentials: Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts permitted.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience. Will accept a Med/Surg or Stepdown RN; same credentialing for both skills.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12-hour schedules. Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Traveler will be placed on a PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit based on greatest need and the traveler’s skills. Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
