Additional Details:
Shift & Scheduling: Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form. Weekend Hours: As required by facility/every other weekend. Call Requirements: None. Night shift orients on day shift. Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation. Floating Requirements: As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit. Required Skills/Experience: Inpatient only; reading telemetry. Working with CHF, chest pain, renal, hemodialysis patients. Amio and Cardizem drips. Central lines (HD caths, Ports, PICCs). 1 year Cardiac Tele, inpatient only Preferred Skills/Experience: Tikosyn and Sotalol initiation is a plus. Potential for dopamine, dobutamine, lidocaine, nitro, milrinone drips. Chest tubes, other drains. CIWA (withdrawal) protocol. Special Requests: ALL CONTINGENCY REQUESTS MUST BE ON THE SUBMISSION FORM. Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form. RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end. Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
