Required Skills/Experience:
1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Special Requests:
Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Cancellations require 2 weeks' notice; backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee.

Unit Details:
Common diagnoses and patient needs include dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, falls, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shift options are 8 or 12 hours, including 6p-6a and some 10p-6a shifts.
Every other weekend and holiday.
No call.
