Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests: Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Shift & Scheduling: occasional day shift every other weekend. No on-call or call back available. Work week: Sunday through Saturday
