Required Skills/Experience:
- Elderly experience.
Special Requests:
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- Must note if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If previously worked for Marshfield, the prior end date must be at least 6 months before submission.
Unit Details:
- Nursing home attached to the hospital.
- Uses ECS.
- Patient population includes dementia, frail, elderly, and rehabilitation residents.
- Duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medications, and clinical skills such as IVs, caths, and ostomy.
- IVs and titratable drips are used on the unit.
- No telemetry monitors.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
- Must be available for at least half of holidays during the assignment.
- No on-call.
