Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.
Required Credentials: Advanced Heart Failure Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. No vaccine/Tdap declinations accepted. Ascension Pharmacology exam required; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical exam required; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG exam required; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Progressive cardiac care unit caring for a highly acute cardiac progressive patient population. Patients served include heart failure, ACS/AMI, STEMI, post cath, cardiac arrhythmias, pacemaker/defibrillator placement, pre-surgical VAD, transplant, CABG, pulmonary HTN, and cardiac gtts.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
