An interview may not be available prior to offer. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Requested time off must be submitted upfront (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract). Additional requested time off will not be approved after submission.
Unit Details: All ages. Support staff includes aides, EMTs, and paramedics. Phlebotomy is available.
Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend; for day shift, weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Holiday requirements are rotating. Self-scheduling, but shifts are not guaranteed until the schedule is final.
