Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
2+ years experience in CMS/OASIS Home Health program.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
5+ years of HH experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
An AK license is not required for submission; if you are offered and accept a position, you must apply for an AK license within 24 hours of accepting.
Special Requests:
One-bedroom housing at Wedgewood Manor is provided.
No pets are allowed.
Transportation is not provided. Walking is not recommended in winter; you will need to secure a reliable vehicle for transportation. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday schedule.
Mandatory on-call coverage averages one weekend a month, plus 1-2 overnight days a week from 4:30-8a.
Rotating holiday coverage is required.
