- Valid driver's license required; must be at least 21 years old.
- Current automobile insurance and reliable automobile required.
Unit Details:
- Provides home care services in patients' homes, manages a patient caseload, and collaborates with other disciplines to meet care goals.
Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call duties may be assigned based on location and agency operational needs.
Floating Requirements:
- You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
