Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Credentials:
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years home health experience preferred.
Unit Details:
- Average 5 visits per day, up to 6 depending on territory, patient census, and staff availability.
- Could travel up to 150 miles in a given day.
- Oasis admissions, all time points, episode management, physician calls and coordination of care, timely EMR documentation, wound care, IVs, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 8-10 hour day shifts.
- Every 3rd weekend; weekend coverage could change depending on nursing pool coverage needs.
- Every other holiday rotation.
- On-call every 4th weekend and 1 day during the week. Will cover on-call for the 4th of July.
