Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Adult Home Health, Documentation Guidelines, Admission Assessment, Discharge/discharge due to safety or Non compliance, Recertification, Resumption of care, Routine visit, Start of Care, Integumentary, Wound care, Medication administration/management, Medication Assessment/Management, Pain assessment & management, Utilization of pain scales (verbal, nonverbal), Medication Administration, Intramuscular, Intravenous infusions, Subcutaneous, Phlebotomy/IV Management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Phlebotomy skills, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Infection Control Precautions
Shift & Scheduling:
- 8-hour days; this facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
Special Requests:
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
- System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day.
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Required Credentials:
- Traveler must have both OR and WA licensure
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
