Required Credentials:

• Successful passage of the VNA pre-hire medication test required.
• Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned a Basic Arrhythmia exam and a Pharmacology exam. If you fail the exams twice, this will result in immediate cancellation by the facility.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Hospice home care experience preferred.

Unit Details:

• Provides skilled nursing care, supportive care, and pain and symptom management for hospice patients and their families in home and facility settings.
• Participates in interdisciplinary patient case conferences as needed.
• Supervises Hospice Aides every 14 days per regulations.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Tuesday through Saturday.

Floating Requirements:

• Coverage area is Cape Cod; travelers are required to travel to patients' homes across the entire Cape, including across the bridge and as far east as the Yarmouth/Harwich/Orleans area.
