An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU required
Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate
Shift & Scheduling:
• 12hr Variable Days/NOCs - shift rotation every week or every two weeks
• On Call/Call Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekends: Every other
• Holidays: Every other
Floating Requirements: To all inpatient units as needed. Potential to float to Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, Divine Savior.
