Additional Information
Unit Details: Will circulate C-sections. High-risk OB patients, newborn stabilization, antepartum, and post-partum care. Includes triage, PACU, and OR areas. Uses Pyxis, Alaris pumps, epidural pumps, SCDs, fetal monitors, and infant warmers. Manages oxytocin, magnesium sulfate, and insulin infusions; should be able to start IVs and draw labs on mothers and babies. Respiratory and anesthesia support available 24/7.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Up to every other weekend, unless onboarded as every weekend. Must rotate holidays. Self-scheduling is unavailable; requests will try to be accommodated.
Floating Requirements: Float to Post-Partum/Antepartum as needed.
