Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. RTO needed upfront; 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.
Unit Details: Charge RN nights; ideally does not take patients, but may take an assignment if staffing is short or if census is less than 22. Uses a dyad/Virtually Integrated Care model with CNA support and a virtual nurse. Common patient population includes medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients. Tele patients are on the floor with centralized telemetry monitoring. Heparin is the only titratable drip used. CNA ratio is 1:6-7, and virtual nurse ratio is 1:30. Staff may take a 1:6 assignment at least once a week.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: as needed. Holiday requirement: as needed. No call.
Floating Requirements: May float to PCU or Burn.
