References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years of postpartum experience. IV start skills and labor & delivery (L&D) experience. Telemetry interpretation is required.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to any Ohio State University facilities if you have an active application to any of the James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities.

Unit Details: Provides family-centered inpatient postpartum care for women and infants. Adult and neonatal patient population. Cares for postpartum patients after vaginal delivery or C-section, postpartum readmits with wound infection or preeclampsia, healthy newborns, and NAS infants. Typical assignment is 3-4 dyads (6-8 patients).

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: May float to similar-acuity units within the OSU organization as needed, including MSC (antepartum-team nursing).
