In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Required Credentials:
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
- Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred.
Unit Details:
- Level 4 NICU.
Floating Requirements:
- Possibility to float to Peds/PICU if needed.
- Possibility to float to Carmel NICU (13500 N. Meridian St., Carmel, IN 46032) if needed.
