Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Neonatal phlebotomy.
- Experience in a level 3 NICU or greater.
- Mechanical ventilation including high frequency ventilators (Jet or Oscillator) minimum of 3 years.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Neonatal surgical recovery preferred.
Unit Details:
- 24-hour unit secretary coverage and 24-hour MD coverage.
- Primarily Jet-based HFV and NAVA ventilators.
- Primary documentation system: CPN.
- Procedures performed on unit: circumcision, PDA ligation, chest tube placement, ROP, total body cooling.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements:
- Float to Women's Hospital units (Peds >1yrs, Newborn Nursery, Tech for Ante or Postpartum).
