Clinician must complete Additional skills section of resume with detailed description of patient pops and procedures worked for each work history.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Seven (7) years of experience is required, five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
- Assistant DON - Must have MED/SURG experience
Required Credentials:
- Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program.
- Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).
Preferred Credentials:
- Masters degree in Nursing.
Special Requests:
- All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).
- Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.
Unit Details:
- Plans and develops programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitors patient care performance, assesses units with nurse managers, and communicates and assists with corrective action.
- Develops record-keeping systems to track medication errors and counseling.
Shift & Scheduling:
- No call.
- Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
