Community hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Patients include adult medical patients requiring a PCU level of care, including some egressing from critical care units, postoperative patients, pre- and post-cardiac catheterization patients, new and established renal/dialysis patients, and patients awaiting skilled nursing or subacute rehabilitation placement; many have complex social situations and limitations. Many patients require cardiac monitoring and management of continuous medication infusions.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
No call.
RTO of 5 days or less is preferred.

Floating Requirements:
Floating is within scope and includes CDU; the nurse can also be pulled to other adult units in the hospital at a similar or lower level of care to meet facility needs.
