Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: Will accept first time travelers if greater than 1 year of experience. 1st time traveler must have EPIC experience
Comfortability to take MedSurg assignments
Required Credentials: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
Previous experience with above-mentioned patients, including IMC/stepdown and neuro (can float to ONS)
Ability to read/interpret cardiac strips, wound care, line management, drain/tube management, drip titration of below medications
Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratios: PCU RN will work through all areas: Med Surg (No Tele) - 1/5-6, MS/Tele - 1/5, Intermediate Care - 1/4

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
Blackout Dates: August 1-18th (exact dates change each year) due to our Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. No time off is approved during this time.
Could be expected to precept students
Shift & Scheduling: 6-week schedules
No mandatory call time
Weekend rotation: Travelers could be scheduled for up to 4 out of the 6 weekends, which include Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Floating Requirement: Any Adult Inpatient Unit - Med Surg, Ortho/Neuro/Surgical, Heart and Vascular Unit, Oncology, Observation
