Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Med/Surg/Rehab experience preferred. Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Preferred Credentials: QIM preferred.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric inpatient rehabilitation population with neurological and other medical conditions causing loss of function in activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, or communication; patients require 24-hour nursing care and must be stable enough to participate in therapy. Interdisciplinary rehab team includes the medical director, registered nurse, case manager, physical therapist, occupational therapist, with dietary and psychology involved as indicated. Patient ratios: 1:5 days, 1:8 nights.
Shift & Scheduling: Primarily Monday-Friday shifts.
Floating Requirements: Float to med/surg.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
