Additional Details:
Clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license to receive travel rate.
Required Credentials: Driver’s license required for RNs/LPNs/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Direct patient care, implement care plans, and coordinate discharge needs.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12-hour schedules.
