To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Ortho/trauma stepdown unit.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
