Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years emergency nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a high-volume Emergency Department preferred.
Required Credentials: -Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. -Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
- In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Unit Details:
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and triage according to department protocols.
- Initiates and manages emergency nursing interventions for critically ill and injured patients.
- Assists with emergency procedures, trauma resuscitations, and cardiac emergencies.
- Serves patients across all age groups in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
