Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Charge experience required; must be comfortable in the charge role.
Required Credentials:
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
- Vaccine and Tdap declinations are not accepted.
- Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
- In order to receive travel rate, the clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Unit Details:
- Emergency department includes RME space with 24/7 respiratory therapy, ER provider, and hospitalist support.
