Unit Details:
- Staffing in ICU is 2:1, with the rare 3:1.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 5 weekend days out of six weeks.
- No call.
Floating Requirements:
- May float to ED to take holds and may sometimes take med-surg patients 5:1.
