    Additional Details:

    In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

    Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: CVICU and Neuro experience preferred but not required.

    Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.

    Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

    Floating Requirements: Will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU; will be given patients within skill set and may be given Med/Surg/IMC patient assignments if needed; will need to float onsite within skill set or may need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed.
