An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Rehab knowledge required.
- Med-Surg background accepted.
Unit Details:
- Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac.
- Patient ratios: 1:4-1:6 PM, 1:8 nights.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation.
- No on-call requirements.
Floating Requirements:
- Float to all inpatient units as needed.
