    Additional Details:

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

    Required Skills/Experience: Elderly experience required.

    Special Requests: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. If previously worked with Marshfield, end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

    Unit Details: Nursing home attached to hospital. Uses ECS EMR. Patient population includes dementia, frail, elderly, and rehabilitation residents. Duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medications, IVs, catheterizations, and ostomy care. Titratable drips may be present.

    Shift & Scheduling: Block scheduling. Every other weekend unless specified. Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment. No on-call.
