Additional Details:

Unit Details: Adult patient population; approximately 50% medical and 50% telemetry.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other full weekend; Saturday and Sunday are required unless otherwise approved prior to confirmation. Candidates should be expected to work at least one of the major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Day). No call. Night shift orients on day shift; traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.

Special Requests: Requested time off: up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved; anything more would be subject to approval by the leader prior to confirming the candidate, and time would be asked to be made up at the end of the assignment.

Floating Requirements: As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
