Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Residence claimed for travel rate must match the address on the driver's license. Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required prior to first assignment; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score demonstrating specialty competency; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum passing score of 80%; only 2 attempts allowed. Epic test-out assessment required. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Stroke and urology unit.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12-hour schedules.
