Additional Details:
Required Credentials:
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
- Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension EKG Exam required; passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension Epic Test-Out required.
- Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
- To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

- Stroke and urology patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
