You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience starting IVs required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous law enforcement patient care preferred.
Unit Details: Adult, med/surg patients with variety of conditions and diagnoses under the Family Medicine service. Geriatric population. Unit cares for Department of Corrections patients from various DOC facilities in Wisconsin and may have 0-10 DOC patients at any given time. Unit includes a locked wing with double door for DOC patients. Staff are always accompanied by a DOC officer while assisting DOC patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Day/Night, 12-hr shifts, 0700-1930, 1900-0730 with every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed.
