Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have experience with vasopressors, titratable drips, art lines, neuro stepdown patients, procedural sedation, thrombolytics, and trach management. : Minimum 2 years of IMC/Stepdown experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Medical/Neuro ICU experience preferred.
Special Requests:
- IMCU travelers are required to pass a ECG/Telemetry competency exam, which includes reading/interpreting rhythm strips.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Call is not required.
- May be required to work major holidays and is required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period.
- Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
Floating Requirements:
- Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.
