Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials:

• Dementia testing required prior to start.

Special Requests:

• At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
• Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details:

• Dementia/geriatrics patient population.
• Must take charge.
• 2 nurses on days and 1 overnight nurse.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Days and nights available: 6-6:30p, 6pm-6:30a, 6am-2:30p, or 2pm-10:30pm. Mostly 12s but some 8s.
• Every other weekend.
• Labor Day required, every other holiday after that.
• No on-call or call back available.
