Additional Details:

To receive travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Driver's license is required for RNs/LPNs/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials:

• Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Medical Surgical exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Core Competencies required prior to start; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension EKG exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
• Candidates must have been separated from Ascension employment for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details:

• Patients seen include oncology, hematology, end of life/hospice, and overflow med/surg.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
