Required Skills / Experience: Home Health and Hospice - Admission, death visit, or symptom management in hospice

1-2 years current Home Health and Hospice Experience

Home care experience is a must

Required Credentials: Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

Unit / Facility Details: Travel Requirements: 7-7.5 count in a 10 hour day, 50-100 miles

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday / Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
