• Preceptor and charge experience preferred.

Special Requests:

• No block schedule requests, 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed.

Unit Details:

• Adult/geriatric patient population.
• Total joint patients; surgical patients; ACS; patients with acute-on-chronic medical conditions like CHF and CKD; alcohol withdrawal; SIRS; GIB.
• Uses Baxter IV pumps, Posey bed/chair alarms, Omnicel drug dispensing cabinets, and Zoll defibrillators.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period.
• Call requirements: none; scheduled shifts may be flexed to an on-call shift as needed up to twice during the contract.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating to IMC and ED within the hospital is expected.
