Required Skills/Experience:

• C-section experience required; circulate required.
• Must have strong IV skills.

Special Requests:

• At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Unit Details:

• Couplet 1:3; laboring 1:1.
• Uses OBIX and GE centrally monitored telemetry.
• Cares for 32 weeks and above; otherwise transfer out. No VBAC. Magnesium sulfate and insulin.
• Mothers labor and deliver in one bed. There is no nursery; newborns stay in bassinets in their mothers' rooms and do not leave their mothers' sides. Skin-to-skin care model.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every 3rd weekend; could potentially be every other depending on need.
• One major and one minor holiday.
• Up to 2 extra mandatory shifts per 6 weeks.

Floating Requirements:

• First to float.
• NICU for feeders and growers only.
