Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 1-year current acute care Postpartum hospital experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- High-risk postpartum experience preferred.
- Level 2 nursery experience preferred.
Unit Details:
- Patient ratios are 3-4 couplets per RN.
- Equipment includes Welch Allyn vital signs machines and CPN monitors.
- Uses CPN.
- Typical procedures include point-of-care glucose monitoring, breastfeeding support, postpartum hemorrhage management, assisting with circumcisions, and hypertension assessment/management.
- High-risk postpartum patient population; low-risk patients are separated out on a free-standing LDRP across the street.
- Busy postpartum unit; the hospital delivers 400-500 babies per month.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Scheduling is flexible.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
